Built by a gas operator. For gas operators.
I ran an LPG business. The phone nearly ran it into the ground
The calls never stop. You can’t hire fast enough, and every missed one is a customer who called the next guy. So I built the crew I wished I’d had. The first one answers your phones.
A gas-distribution business is a fight on three fronts.
Propane or LPG, anywhere in the world, it’s the same three problems. None of them get smaller as you grow.
You can’t answer every call
Miss one after hours or in a cold snap and the customer just dials the next dealer. You can’t staff every ring, and an answering service that doesn’t know the business only makes it worse.
You can’t see your own operation
Once the truck leaves the yard you’re guessing. Where is it, did the stop happen, why is the route running long. The answers live in the driver’s head and a few texts.
The money comes in late
The gas went out weeks ago and you still haven’t been paid. Invoices sit, statements slip, and your working capital is locked up in deliveries you already made.
And nothing off the shelf was built for any of it. So we built it: the operating system we wished we’d had, and the workers to run it.
A crew of workers you don’t have to hire.
Each one takes a job you’re short-handed on. Start with one, add the others when you’re ready. Voice is your first hire; the crew handles the rest.
Answers the phone
Picks up every call your office can’t, takes the order, handles the caller like your best CSR, and keeps a worklist your team clears. Live with US propane dealers now.
Meet Alex →Watches the trucks
Knows where every truck and tank is, and flags the stop that didn’t happen or the route running late, so you’re not calling the driver to find out.
Chases the cash
Reconciles what went out against what got paid, surfaces the invoices sitting too long, and keeps the money moving instead of stuck in gas you already delivered.
It’s real, and it’s running.
I didn’t read about these problems, I lived them. I built a national LPG distributor from zero, moving roughly 60,000 tonnes of gas a year, and ran it. That same crew runs a live LPG operation today, and the first of them is answering phones for US propane dealers now.
It doesn’t just answer. It finishes the job.
Not copilots. Not another dashboard. True operational support: a customer calls, an agent answers, checks the account, books the slot, schedules the truck, and confirms by text. And you see all of it.
Hi Robert, your propane delivery is confirmed for Tue 8-11 AM. Driver: M. Torres. Reply CHANGE to reschedule.
Your whole operation, connected.
Calls, orders, trucks, tanks, books: one system where everything talks to everything, so nothing falls through and the agents always know what’s going on. Take one piece or the whole thing, each works on its own. We plug into what you run, fill in the missing pieces, or bring the whole stack. Walk the layers:
The workers
Agents that answer the phone, book orders, schedule trucks, chase what’s late, and watch the numbers, in your company name.
- answer 24/7
- book & schedule
- watch the operation
- escalate to your team
The live record
One live model of the business, customers, orders, tanks, trucks, routes, promises, and how they connect. Agents read and write this, instead of guessing.
- every order
- every promise
- every change, kept
Yours, ours, or both.
Already run something? Keep it, we connect to it. Running on paper? We bring the whole system: orders, dispatch & routing, tracking. Either way, the setup is ours to do, no IT project on your side.
- keep what works
- we do the connecting
- no IT project
- working in days
Ground truth
Where the data is born: calls coming in, GPS on the trucks, drivers in the field, and deliveries confirmed on the ground.
- calls
- trucks
- drivers
- deliveries

Enterprises get a deployment partner. Independent dealers get a product that works this week.
“I run a large operation.”
Complex environment, existing systems, real stakes. We deploy into it with you: workflow design, integration, rollout, support, hardware included. A design partner, not a vendor, and a bounded pilot live in weeks, not a two-year program.
